Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with us through this website — including consultation requests, website analytics and advertising measurement.

Effective date: August 27, 2026  ·  Last updated: August 27, 2026

1. Who we are

Brain Centers (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates brain-centers.com and provides FDA-cleared neuromodulation treatment under the supervision of licensed clinicians, serving patients via mobile treatment in San Diego, CA and Alpharetta, GA (greater Atlanta area). You can reach us at (800) 290-0175 or care@b6nb.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a free consultation, we collect the name, email address and phone number you enter, along with the day and time you select and the page you submitted from. We do not ask for medical history, insurance details, payment information or government identifiers through this website form.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our analytics and advertising providers collect technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions such as clicks and form starts. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your information

  • To contact you about the consultation you requested, and to answer your questions.
  • To determine, with a licensed clinician, whether our program may be appropriate for you.
  • To operate, secure and improve this website.
  • To measure the performance of our advertising and understand which pages lead to inquiries.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How we contact you

By submitting the consultation form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message and email about depression care, including through an automated dialing system. Consent is not a condition of receiving treatment. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, tell us during any call to stop calling, or use the unsubscribe link in our emails.

5. Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads (including Google Tag Manager) to understand website traffic and measure advertising. When you submit the consultation form, Google’s “enhanced conversions” feature may transmit a hashed, irreversible version of your email address to Google so that a conversion can be attributed to an ad click. Google processes this on our behalf under its terms; your plain email address is not shared for Google’s own advertising purposes.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and adjust ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.

6. This website is not your medical record

Information you submit through this website is a general inquiry, not a request for treatment, and this page is not a patient portal. Please do not send medical details, test results or other sensitive health information through this form or by email. Once you become a patient, the information in your clinical record is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable state and federal health privacy law, which are separate from this website policy.

7. How long we keep information

We keep consultation requests only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations — generally 24 months for inquiries that do not become patients — then delete or de-identify them.

8. How we protect information

This website is served over encrypted HTTPS, and access to submitted inquiries is limited to staff who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and California privacy rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, and ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing care@b6nb.com or calling (800) 290-0175.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We will verify your request by matching the contact details you provide against our records, and will respond within the time the law requires. You may also authorize an agent to act for you.

10. Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this website. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

This site links to other pages we operate and, occasionally, to outside resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites we do not control.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We will revise the “last updated” date above, and material changes will be noted on this page.
